The account menu, top right under your company name.

Notifications	Email notifications for activity left unread by everyone for 15 minutes
Logout	Signs you out

The 15-minute notification

This is the safety net for a request nobody has opened: if no user has read the activity within 15 minutes, an email goes out. It’s worth leaving on — it’s what stops a request sitting unseen in New over a shift change.

Keyword-based alerts are separate and configured under AI Features.

Note

Plan and account settings are available to an Owner. A Team Member won’t see all of these items.
