Dashboard overview

The dashboard is where requests are received and handled. Open dashboard.saidtext.app in a browser and sign in with your credentials.

The five areas

Area	What it’s for
Dashboard	The board of all requests, arranged by status
Team	The people who handle requests — roles and departments
Users	The people who send requests from the app
Analytics	KPIs and charts on requests, labels and users
AI Features	AI reports, automatic sorting and keyword notifications

On the right is the account menu, under your company name. It holds account settings, the language switch, Support and Logout.

Change the interface language

Account menu → Change Language. This changes the dashboard for you. It does not change the app language of your requesters, and it does not translate existing requests.
