What is SaidText

SaidText turns spoken messages into structured work requests. An operator records a voice note on the mobile app; artificial intelligence transcribes it and organises it into a request; the back office receives it in the dashboard, replies, and closes it. Everything said stays recorded and searchable.

There are two tools, and most people only use one of them:

  • The mobile app — for whoever sends requests. Record, attach files, follow the status, reply in chat.
  • The dashboard — for whoever handles requests. Receive, assign, work, close, plus team and analytics.

Request — one item of work, created from a voice note. Also called a ticket. Each has a code such as R4527, or a title if one was entered.

Status — where the request is in its life: New, In Progress, Follow Up, Completed, Archived. See the request lifecycle.

Department — the area responsible for a request, for example General, Quality or Support. Departments decide who sees what.

Label — a tag on a request, used for filtering and analytics. Most Popular Label in Analytics counts these.

Transcription — the text the AI produces from the voice note. It appears in the dashboard as Original Audio - Transcription.

Internal Notes — notes visible only to your team, never to the person who sent the request.

Screenshots show the English interface. The sample requests in them come from a demo environment and their titles are in Italian — the interface itself is not.
